Do I need to be home when you clean?
No, most of our clients aren't. Leave a key in a lockbox, give us a door code, or we can hold a key for you. Keys we hold are kept in a locked safe and tagged with a code, never with your address.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours, ideally with a photo, and we'll come back and redo the missed areas free. If it still isn't right, we refund that visit.
Do you cover Pemberton and Squamish?
Yes. We're in Whistler every day, Pemberton most days, and Squamish on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Britannia Beach and Furry Creek have a $35 travel fee.
